Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Valuedocs Private Limited, an Indian company registered in Kerala, India. They cover this website (valuedocs.co.in) and Valuedocs Legal, our AI-assisted legal research platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Valuedocs Legal is a research tool. It helps you find, organise, and analyse legal material — it does not give legal advice, and using it does not create an advocate-client relationship with us.

Parts of the service generate content with artificial intelligence. AI-generated summaries, key points, and drafts can contain errors or omissions. Always verify against the primary sources — the judgments, statutes, and records themselves — before relying on anything in professional work. Responsibility for decisions made using the service stays with you.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Keep your registration details accurate and your credentials secret; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@valuedocs.co.in if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You must have the right to upload it — do not upload material you are not entitled to hold or process.

So that the service can work, you grant us a limited licence to store, index, and process your content solely to provide the features you use — storage, search, retrieval, and the analysis you invoke. We do not use your content to train AI models, and how we protect it is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access another user's data or probe, scan, or test the security of the service without written authorisation;
• scrape, bulk-download, or resell the service or its content, or access it by automated means outside the interfaces we provide;
• interfere with the operation of the service or impose an unreasonable load on it.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay at the prices shown before you subscribe, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, amounts already paid are not refunded.

The service is under active development, and some features may be offered in early or beta form. We may add, change, or withdraw features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, after notice where practicable. What happens to your data on closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
